Melea Lemon

Licensing & CE Instructor, DREI, CDEI

Following in the footsteps of her mother, Melea earned her North Carolina real estate brokerage license in 1986. She and her mother Billie worked side by side for decades, helping thousands of families relocate to the Triangle area of North Carolina. The Lemons are experienced in both listing and purchasing, and have connected their clients with real estate professionals in other states and around the world.

Having completed her graduate work in Adult Education, Melea enjoys combining her training in education with her knowledge of real estate processes to ensure that both buyers and sellers are well educated in all aspects of real estate transactions. Over the years, Melea has received numerous awards for Listing Agent of the Month/Year and Selling Agent of the Month/Year.

Melea joined Coldwell Banker in 2014, where she trains all new agents.
In addition to being an expert in the areas of taxes, schools, resale potential, recreational facilities and shopping, Melea also knows where to find the tastiest Indian takeout, the best nail salon and the best dry cleaner. It’s this kind of personalized knowledge and experience that makes Melea such an invaluable resource for homebuyers and sellers, and for her students at Superior School. She believes that the greatest gift she can give her students is to help them feel confident, well-informed and well-prepared for successful careers.
